  • Isn't the read range of passive UHF tags restricted to a maximum of 20 feet, or so?

  • Good catch Bartek! I have read that range can be upto 9 meters (27 feet) with some tweaks. Read at http://trolleyscan.co.za/paper/ecolect.html. I am glad readers are really paying attention to the details!
